Virtual Wallets
Hey Mark - that is an interesting point. I think too often large traditional institutions like banking try to ignore things they think are fads. 20 years ago, they probably never would have thought an internet-based bank like ING Direct would never work either!
After all, the internet and mobile-based technology.... that's all silly kid stuff that won't last. ;-)
I'm currently at the ABA (American Bankers Associaion) Marketing Conference. The words "Google Wallet" didn't come up in any of the sessions I have attended. Maybe us traditional bankers are just too scared of it...
