The selection for this past week’s winner was a difficult choice as there were several very tasty selections. In the end, I am giving the honor to “Synaptic Solution – Cherry Berry” from Wilmington Brew Works.
The Synaptic Solution is their sour beer platform without lactose and a higher ABV to explore a different palette of fruit flavors to help really get those synapses tingling! I am always excited when breweries are able to do something great with sours that doesn’t fall back on needing lactose to prop it up. Plant power for the win! 🌱
This Cherry Berry edition is the perfect blend of cherries 🍒 and berries and dangerous delicious has it hides 8% ABV so well! It is not too sweet and not too tart and strikes a perfect balance between the two.
