I am excited about this latest (audible) book I have just started. I am a big fan of the philosophy of never stop learning. The research Liz presents in this book seem to back that up. It’s not what you know today that separates you from the pack, it’s how quickly can you learn!
In a rapidly changing world, experience can be a curse. Careers stall, innovation stops, and strategies grow stale. Being new, naïve, and even clueless can be an asset. For today’s knowledge workers, constant learning is more valuable than mastery.
