In 2008, I had the opportunity to make my first freefall jump. My daughter was only in middle school at the time but even then she knew for certain that she wanted to go. She had to wait until she turned 18 but that wait did not deter her one bit! Today she made that jump and I went along for my 2nd one.
While the jump itself is quite exhilarating, what makes it special is sharing it with someone. I’m very glad I got to experience this twice, but I’m more appreciative that I could so with friends and now family. Looking forward to summer of 2017 when my son turns 18. I have a feeling there will be 3 of us leaping out of a plane together for that one!
